Job description

IDN-Canada is a leading security and door hardware distributor providing security products, access control solutions, and more to security professionals across Canada. We are currently seeking candidates for a Full-Time Temporary Warehouse Customer Support position to join our Burnaby, BC team. There is an opportunity to become full-time permanent depending on business needs.

Duties & Responsibilities :

1. Shipping / receiving orders and transfers
2. Assisting in regular stock counts
3. Executing daily branch functions for production and warehouse, including loading/unloading transport, arranging deliveries, customer pickups, picking orders, putting away stock, cleaning, etc.
4. Entering transactions into computer systems
5. Performing basic order entry, addressing product or service concerns, answering questions, and building customer relationships
6. Supporting and working with all other branch personnel

2. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks daily
3. Comfortable in a computerized environment

5. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as in a team

This is a full-time position with typical hours Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
