Job summary

EPIQ is seeking a proactive Warehouse Associate in Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville to receive, inspect, and prepare mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components for production and shipment. You will coordinate with painting/assembly, organize parts for projects, and prepare packing lists with clear shipping documentation.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, bilingual in French and English, and capable of using various software tools.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
• Comfortable using computers and various software tools.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Hands-on, detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and inspecting incoming materials.
• Assisting with inspections of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment and components.
• Gathering and preparing parts for painting and assembly departments, with proper follow-up.
• Preparing and organizing parts for various projects and distributing to departments.
• Preparing materials for shipment, including crates, boxes, pallets, and other packaging.
• Preparing shipping documentation for courier and freight services (FedEx, Purolator, etc.).
• Preparing packing lists and taking photographs of parts shipped to customers and job sites.
• Performing other related duties as required.
