Warehouse Clerk

Main functions

- Unload the equipment using a forklift truck or hand pallet truck.

- Store goods in the special sections of the warehouse (tunes, dryers, motors, pumps, oils, etc).

- Assemble and install certain equipment (supplied, dryers) for testing, modification or shipping.

- Prepare, package and palletize the material to be shipped, with the manufacture of wooden pallets as needed.

- Move parts or equipment required for modifications or maintenance.

- Prepare shipments for trade shows.

- Complete the goods receipt in SAP.

- Identify, collect and label warranty parts.

- Support colleagues who need the forklift.

- Plan transportation, request bids and coordinate carriers.

- Inspecting and carrying out preventive maintenance of the forklift.

Job requirements

- Experience in warehouse or similar position (shipping, receiving, handling).

- Knowledge of SAP software (an asset).

- Basic knowledge of pallet manufacturing or product packaging.

- Valid forklift card (or willingness to obtain it).

- Autonomy, sense of organization, rigor.

- Good physical fitness (frequent handling).
