Job summary

Guillevin International is seeking a Warehouse Clerk in Belleville, Ontario for a part-time, hourly role with a daytime schedule from Monday to Friday (40 hrs per week). The position involves offloading trucks, checking received merchandise, stocking and locating items, preparing customer orders, and keeping the workspace clean and safe.

Ideal candidates will be alert, a strong team player, reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable using computers and rolling equipment.

• Assist with counter service and merchandising.

Job Overview

Warehouse Clerk Status: Hourly, Part time Location: Belleville, Ontario

Interested? Daytime schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hrs per week Clean climate-controlled work environment. Opportunity for advancement. Do you have what we’re looking for? Someone who is alert, a good team player, service driven. Reliable, detail-oriented, and self-reliant. Able to lift loads up to 50 pounds and has due regard for safe working practices. Comfortable working with computers and rolling equipment.

Here’s a typical day:

• Offload trucks, check the quantity and quality of merchandise received.
• Report any missing or damaged items immediately.
• Place and locate merchandise in stock, in compliance with Business Centre practices.
• Prepare customer orders accurately and on time.
• Keep the workspace clean, organized, and safe at all times.
• Suggest improvements to make the warehouse more functional and efficient.
• Help with counter service, merchandising.
