Job summary

Lordco Auto Parts in Port Coquitlam, BC is hiring a Warehouse Cleaner for a full-time, entry-level role. The shift runs Monday to Friday from 3:00pm to 11:30pm, offering reliable evening hours close to home.

You'll keep the warehouse clean and safe, manage waste, support spill response, and help maintain washrooms and supplies. We value detail orientation, independence, and a strong safety mindset as part of our diverse team.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and highly organized with good time management.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of workplace safety procedures and adherence to safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day cleaning and sanitization tasks throughout the facility.
• Maintain the warehouse in a clean and orderly condition.
• Collect plastic, garbage, and cardboard throughout the workspaces.
• Dispose of waste and ensure washrooms are stocked with supplies.
• Participate in spill response to manage spills promptly and safely.
• Stack and dispose of pallets; sweep and mop facility floors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What you'll do:

• Execute day-to-day cleaning and sanitization tasks throughout the facility
• Maintain the warehouse in a clean and orderly condition
• Collect plastic, garbage, and cardboard throughout the workspaces
• Dispose of waste
• Ensure all facilities (including washrooms) are always clean and stocked with the necessary supplies and tools
• Actively participate in the spill response team to manage and mitigate spills promptly and safely
• Stack and dispose of pallets
• Sweep and mop the facility floors
• Perform other duties as assigned

Do you fit the part?

• Strong attention to detail and highly organized with good time management and problem-solving skills
• The ability to work independently with minimal supervision completing various maintenance tasks and prioritizing the work
• Ability to lift items up to 50lbs and stand for a long period of time outside
• Knowledge of workplace safety procedures and the ability to adhere to the Lordco Occupational Health and Safety program
• The ability to understand and execute oral and written instructions are required
