Canadian Tire Stores is hiring a Warehouse Associate to receive, verify and store products, and move items to the sales floor or warehouse. You will handle merchandise of varying weight and operate warehouse equipment safely.

No prior experience is required as training is provided. The role requires physical endurance, shift flexibility, and basic computer skills in a fast-paced environment with health and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• No experience is required; training provided.
• Ability to handle physical demands and long standing periods.
• Willingness to work various shifts including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong computer skills for inventory and paperwork.
• Ability to solve problems and adapt to challenging situations.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Forklift/skyjack certification is a plus (asset).

• Receive, scan, verify and store all incoming products.
• Store overstock.
• Ship returns, process damaged claims and complete paperwork.
• Ensure inventory accuracy.
• Dispose garbage and cardboard.
• Operate all warehouse equipment safely.

Requirements / Skills

• No experience is required!!! – We will provide all the training you need!
• Ability to handle physical demands including standing/walking for 8 hours while frequently lifting and carrying items, using a ladder, twisting, turning and reaching
• Ability to work shifts (days, evenings, week-ends and holidays)
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to find solutions to problems, adapt and cope with challenging situations and make decisions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to multitask
• Certification in forklift and/or skyjack (scissor lift) (asset)
