Full Time Warehouse Associate – MISSISSAUGA, ON

Salary: $22.00-$24.00 per hour (Annual $45,760- $49,920)

Job Description

We are seeking a Warehouse Associate/Supervisor to join our team and participate in warehouse operations and activities. Responsibilities include storing materials, picking, packing, and scanning orders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship) using an RF scanner
2. Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
3. Manage shipping functions (checking, registering, labeling, and arranging orders with carriers)
4. Check goods received against work orders and packing slips, verify quantities
5. Perform cycle counts and replenishments, verify bin locations to match internal inventory system
6. Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers

Qualifications and Skills:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Minimum of five (5) years proven experience as a warehouse supervisor
• Experience with receiving, picking, and shipping orders
• Knowledge of freight procedures
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Proficient computer skills
• Experience with SAP systems
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to lift heavy objects
• Current forklift license and experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, or similar equipment
