Additionally, Our Ideal Colleague Meets The Following Qualifications
- Has between 6 months and 2 years of relevant experience related to the position or equivalent.
- Able to safely lift heavy weights (50 pounds) and move items up to 200 pounds.
- Owns and wears steel-toed boots.
- Available to work days, evenings, and weekends.
- Demonstrates a good level of bilingualism.
- Is an inspiring and mobilizing leader.
- Has a creative, meticulous, and rigorous mindset.
- Possesses an innate sense of organization, strategic planning, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrates proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
To Succeed In This Role, You Will
- Participate in store operations.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and adhere to related controls and procedures.
- Follow workplace health and safety guidelines.
- Provide professional customer service and a pleasant experience to clients.
- Contact clients to inform them of the receipt of their orders.
- Ensure the order is 100% paid before handing it over to the client.
- Participate in the maintenance of the warehouse and routine store upkeep.
- Perform the cleaning routine (exterior windows every two weeks and interior windows monthly, for example).
- Contribute to the visual merchandising of products.
- Apply company procedures and policies.
- Perform all other related tasks.
