• Has between 6 months and 2 years of relevant experience related to the position or equivalent.
• Able to safely lift heavy weights (50 pounds) and move items up to 200 pounds.
• Owns and wears steel-toed boots.
• Available to work days, evenings, and weekends.
• Demonstrates a good level of bilingualism.
• Is an inspiring and mobilizing leader.
• Has a creative, meticulous, and rigorous mindset.

To Succeed In This Role, You Will

• Participate in store operations.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and adhere to related controls and procedures.
• Follow workplace health and safety guidelines.
• Provide professional customer service and a pleasant experience to clients.
• Contact clients to inform them of the receipt of their orders.
• Ensure the order is 100% paid before handing it over to the client.
• Participate in the maintenance of the warehouse and routine store upkeep.
• Perform the cleaning routine (exterior windows every two weeks and interior windows monthly, for example).
• Contribute to the visual merchandising of products.
• Apply company procedures and policies.
• Perform all other related tasks.
