The Full-Time Warehouse Associate performs a variety of functions within the Distribution Center, including receiving, inventory management, shipping with customer compliance, loading, and operating high lifts and forklifts to support daily production and customer service goals. The role involves coordinating warehouse activities, assisting the Warehouse Manager and Assistant Managers, pulling orders, and maintaining safety and organization in the work environment.

Key responsibilities include :

• Assisting with receiving, unloading trucks, and checking in merchandise.
• Matching incoming and outgoing products with purchase orders and verifying expiration codes.
• Inspecting products for quality and condition.
• Operating pallet jacks safely to move products.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Assisting with scheduling freight and processing paperwork.
• Tracking shipments, maintaining inventory records, and conducting quality audits.
• Making deliveries with a company vehicle as assigned.
• Performing other duties as required.

Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 2-3 years of warehouse experience preferred, ability to lift at least 50 lbs, and proficiency in basic math, communication, and computer skills. Steel-toed boots are mandatory, and candidates must obtain or already have a CannaSell SK certification before starting.
