Job Description

We are seeking experienced warehouse associates to join our team in Kitchener! This is a full-time, temp-to-perm day shift position, Monday to Friday, offering weekends off. Location: Major intersection Wellington St. N / Hwy 7. Compensation: $20/hr + 4% vacation pay, paid weekly.

All applicants must be able to work 40 hours per week and hold valid SIN until January 2026.

This position is not suitable for individuals attending post-secondary education.

Responsibilities include:

• Loading and unloading HVAC parts on and off trucks
• Using a pick sheet and RF scanner to pick orders
• Packaging parts and preparing them for shipment

Requirements:

• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs
• Experience with RF scanners
• At least 1 year of warehouse experience
• Ability to handle periods of downtime in a slower-paced warehouse

This is a temporary position expected to last several months. The company may consider hiring permanently for suitable candidates and is open to working in their other Kitchener warehouse.
