Adecco is currently hiring a full-time reliable and customer-focused Warehouse & Storefront Associate to join our team in Swift Current, SK. This dual-role position involves managing inventory, assisting customers, and supporting order fulfillment for products. Ideally you are someone who enjoys hands-on work, values teamwork, and is comfortable with both warehouse operations and customer-facing interactions.

• Location : Swift Current, SK
• Job type : Full-time | Permanent

Responsibilities :

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments of animal feed and related products. Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks.
• Greet and assist customers in the storefront, providing information about products, answering questions, and processing sales transactions.
• Pick and pack orders for delivery or customer pickup, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Keep the storefront clean, organized, and well-stocked. Assist in setting up product displays and promotional materials.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies. Ensure the warehouse and storefront environments are safe and compliant with regulations.
• Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (training will be provided if necessary).
• Be 2 times a week minimum on farm delivery with 5 MT truck.

Qualifications :

• Previous experience in a warehouse or retail environment is preferred but not mandatory.
• Forklift experience (an asset)
• Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Positive, proactive, and willing to learn. Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Valid driver's license. (work location is not transit accessible)
• Mu st be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
