Job summary

Sleep Country Canada is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support our operations in Pointe-Claire, QC. Shift is 4 days x 10 hours, 1pm–11:30pm, rotating including weekends. You will pick customer orders, load delivery trucks, perform inventory counts, and log products into our WMS using RF scanners.

We value a high school diploma, the ability to lift up to 88 lbs, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends. RF scanner experience and warehouse-system knowledge are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be able to lift/move items up to 88 lbs (40 kg).
• Flexible shifts including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to think quickly and solve problems.
• Experience with RF scanners is preferred.
• Experience in warehouse environment and knowledge of WMS is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct customer product order picks and load delivery trucks.
• Complete inventory counts with Supervisor.
• Inspect inventory for defects or damages and document as required.
• Use RF scanner to log products into WMS.
• Complete customer pick-up orders and provide exceptional service.
• Adhere to health and safety procedures and maintain a clean working environment.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment as required.
• Collaborate with Operations to exceed goals.
