Job summary

Sleep Country Canada/Dormez-vous is hiring for a Warehouse Associate to join our Operations team. This role involves order picking, loading delivery trucks, inventory counts, and using RF scanners with our WMS to ensure accurate stock movements.

You will work rotating shifts (4 days x 10 hours, 1pm to 11:30pm) including weekends, operate forklifts when needed, and uphold health and safety standards. We offer competitive pay, benefits, and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma
• Physical ability to lift and move large items up to 88lbs (40kg)
• Ability to work a flexible shift which may include evenings and weekends
• Ability to think quickly and tackle problems
• Experience with RF (Radio Frequency) Scanners
• Ability to operate or willingness to learn how to operate material handling equipment (i.e.., forklift, pallet truck, order picker, walkie, reach truck, etc.)
• Experience working within a warehouse environment and knowledge of warehouse management systems are considered assets
