Ryder is immediately hiring permanent full-time Skilled Labor, Construction and Paint Professionals to ensure excellent craftsmanship at our manufacturing facility in Ontario, California.

Position Details

• Hourly Pay: $19.00 per hour
• Schedule: First Shift Friday - Sunday 4:00 am - 2:30 pm, Second Shift Monday 3:00 pm - 1:30 am

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1-2+ years in Carpentry, Manufacturing preferred
• Basic math skills
• Intermediate forklift knowledge preferred
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Capability to twist, stoop, squat, reach above shoulder level, and crouch regularly
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs using proper techniques
• Repetitive use of hands and feet

Responsibilities

• Paint and stencil pallets efficiently and effectively
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Promote safety in all operations
• Comply with OSHA and MSDS standards
• Conduct physical inventories as required
• Assist in warehouse security
• Perform other duties as assigned
