Job summary

7-Eleven Canada is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Edmonton to support order picking, packing and shipping for a high-volume distribution center. You will use a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to locate items, assemble customer orders, and ensure accurate labeling and staging for shipment.

• Experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred.
• Proficient in order-picking techniques and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Use a WMS to locate and pick items for customer orders.
• Build and assemble customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Verify accuracy of picked orders and label/stage for shipping.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area for safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet daily production goals.
• Lifting items up to 50lbs as required.

Responsibilities

• Utilize a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to locate and pick items for customer orders
• Build and assemble customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Verify the accuracy of picked orders and ensure that all picked orders are properly labeled and staged for shipping
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote a safe and efficient working environment
• Collaborate with other team members to meet daily production goals
• Repetitive lifting of items up to 50lbs

Requirements

• Safety shoes (Must be steel-toed)
• Previous experience working in a warehouse or distribution center is an asset
• Proficient in order-picking techniques and procedures
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a bonus
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate order fulfillment
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lifting heavy objects as required
• Excellent organizational skills to prioritize work effectively
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Available Shift(s) Offered

• Mon-Fri and Sun-Thu: 8 hour shifts (Schedule times to be discussed in interview)

Wage Details

$20.00/hour
