Job summary

7-Eleven Canada is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our Calgary warehouse team. You will coordinate and ensure the accuracy of outgoing shipments, load trucks, and maintain a safe, organized shipping area.

We provide training and opportunities for advancement, bi-weekly pay by direct deposit, safety vest on day one, RRSP benefits, and incentive programs. Shifts available: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 7:30am to 5:30pm.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or distribution center preferred.
• Proficient in order-picking techniques.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems is a bonus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Use a WMS to locate and pick items for customer orders.
• Build and assemble customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Verify order accuracy and proper labeling and staging for shipping.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area for safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily goals.
• Repetitive lifting of items up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Utilize a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to locate and pick items for customer orders
• Build and assemble customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Verify the accuracy of picked orders and ensure that all picked orders are properly labeled and staged for shipping
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote a safe and efficient working environment
• Collaborate with other team members to meet daily production goals
• Repetitive lifting of items up to 50lbs

Requirements

• Safety shoes (Must be steel-toed)
• Previous experience working in a warehouse or distribution center is an asset
• Proficient in order-picking techniques and procedures
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a bonus
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate order fulfillment
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lifting heavy objects as required
• Excellent organizational skills to prioritize work effectively
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Wage Details

$17.00/hour
