Canadian Tire Stores in Nova Scotia is seeking a Warehouse Associate to ensure products are received, stored, and transported safely to the sales floor or within the warehouse. The role involves handling merchandise ranging from light to heavy during shifts.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Ability to stand/walk for 8 hours with lifting and carrying.
• Ability to work shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Strong computer skills and basic math.
• Forklift/skyjack certification is a plus (asset).

Responsibilities

• Receive, scan, verify and store all incoming products.
• Store overstock.
• Ship returns, process damaged claims and complete paperwork.
• Ensure inventory accuracy.
• Dispose garbage and cardboard.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely.
• Ensure Health and Safety compliance.
