Advantage Personnel in Dartmouth, NS is seeking a Warehouse Associate / Delivery Driver to support daily warehouse operations and local deliveries.

This full-time role runs Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with a pay rate of $20.00 per hour. You will load and unload, pick orders, and safely operate company vehicles for local deliveries.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 5 driver's licence is required.
• Clean driver's abstract required.
• Previous warehouse, delivery, or general labour experience is an asset.
• Able to lift, move, load and unload materials safely.
• Comfortable working in both warehouse and road environments.
• Strong work ethic and team orientation.

Responsibilities

• Support daily warehouse operations, including loading, unloading, and organizing inventory
• Pick and prepare orders for delivery
• Provide delivery coverage as needed, including vacation relief for drivers
• Safely operate company vehicles to complete local deliveries
• Load and unload materials safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse and vehicle
• Follow company safety procedures, delivery instructions, and workplace guidelines
• Communicate professionally with team members and customers as required
• Perform other warehouse and delivery-related duties as assigned
