Randstad Canada is hiring Warehouse Associates for a brand-new, high-volume logistics facility near Bayer's Lake, Halifax, Nova Scotia. The role features 10.5-hour shifts across a 4-day workweek in a modern, clean facility with on-the-job training.

You will pick, pack, and ship orders, receive and process stock, and maintain accurate inventory while handling items up to 50 lb. The position offers growth potential and a professional team environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous warehouse experience is an asset but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and ability to consistently commit to the selected shift schedule.

Responsabilidades

• Pack and ship orders accurately and efficiently.
• Receive, unload, and process incoming stock and materials.
• Handle items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Maintain inventory controls through proper documentation.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.
• Support team with other warehouse tasks as needed.

Schedule Options (10.5-Hour Shifts, 4 Days/Week)

• ** Sunday – Wednesday 9:30 AM – 8:00 PM
• ** Monday – Thursday 9:30 AM – 8:00 PM
• ** Tuesday – Friday 9:30 AM – 8:00 PM
• ** Wednesday – Saturday 9:30 AM – 8:00 PM
• ** Thursday – Sunday 9:30 AM – 8:00 PM
• ** Friday – Monday 9:30 AM – 8:00 PM
• ** Saturday – Tuesday 9:30 AM – 8:00 PM

Pay rate: $20.50 to $21
