Job summary

Grainger Canada is seeking a Warehouse Associate (Bin Picking) to support our distribution operations. This full-time role offers competitive hourly pay and growth opportunities within a large industrial supply organization.

You will work across shifts, report to a DC Supervisor or Process Manager, and use scanning devices to fulfill customer orders while maintaining safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of work experience in a fast-paced and physically active job.
• Ability to speak and understand written and spoken English.
• Comfort working on your feet with exposure to heat, cold, noise, and dust while working on or around moving equipment and elevated stations.
• You’ll need to frequently lift, push, and slide packages that typically weigh up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Safely and accurately complete warehouse tasks, including unloading, sorting, labeling, put away, replenishing, auditing, picking and packing products.
• Operate wrist-worn or hand-held scanning equipment to accurately fulfill customer orders for shipping.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA and hazardous material requirements.
• Work collaboratively and assist other teams to meet safety, quality, productivity, behaviour, attendance, and overtime requirements.
• Perform other tasks as directed by leadership.

Compensation:

This position is hourly, and the starting pay rate is$21.86/hour with eligibility for a afternoon shift premium of$1.50/hrwhere applicable (DC roles only), and eligibility for an incentive target of$1,200.00 which is contingent upon achieving both individual and company performance objectives.

Actual compensation will vary depending on factors such as geographic work location, relevant experience and individual skills. Position Summary:
