Position Description

The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for receiving, storing, and shipping materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, and keeping the warehouse clean and organized. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Shift: Afternoon, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM, Monday - Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Handling incoming delivery trucks
• Receiving and processing warehouse stock (picking, unloading, labeling, storing)
• Preparing and completing orders for delivery or pickup (loading, packing, wrapping, labeling, shipping)
• Performing inventory controls and ensuring quality standards for audits
• Participating in monthly and year-end inventory counts
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace
• Reporting discrepancies
• Communicating and cooperating with supervisors and coworkers

Required Education & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Warehouse Worker
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to work accurately
• Forklift experience with license (asset)
• Legal to work in Canada
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
