ManpowerGroup, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Brampton, ON to join a fast-paced logistics team. The role involves picking, packing, shipping, and receiving products while meeting safety and quality standards.

Morning and afternoon shifts run on 10-hour days with rotating or fixed schedules and weekend availability is required. Ideal candidates have warehouse or manufacturing experience, basic computer skills, and familiarity with RF scanners and WMS.

Warehouse Associate – Morning & Afternoon Shifts

Location: Brampton, ON
Pay Rate: $18.40–$19per hour

Available Shifts

• Morning Shift: 5:45 AM – 3:45 PM
• Afternoon Shift: 3:45 PM – 1:45 AM

Schedule:

• 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts
• Rotating days (Flexible schedule)
• Fixed schedules:
  • Saturday to Tuesday
  • Thursday to Sunday
• Weekend availability is required.

What You’ll Do

As a Material Handler, you will play an essential role in supporting warehouse operations by:

• Picking, packing, shipping, and receiving products accurately and efficiently.
• Loading and unloading materials safely.
• Operating warehouse equipment and RF scanners.
• Using warehouse management systems (WMS) to process inventory and shipments.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• Receiving work instructions through a headset in a fast-paced, noisy environment.

• Remaining flexible and willing to work in different departments as operational needs change.

• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is an asset.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems.
