TRG Staffing Solutions in Brampton, ON is hiring Warehouse Associates for a major Canadian retail distribution operation. You will help move and prepare merchandise for distribution to retail locations, including seasonal items during peak periods.

This is a dawn shift, 5:30am to 3:30pm, four days per week. The assignment runs ongoing with recruiter support and opportunities to gain hands-on experience in receiving, inventory handling, order processing and warehouse operations.

Qualifikationen

• Previous warehouse, distribution, general labour, receiving, or material handling experience is an asset.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Comfortable standing and walking for the majority of an 8-hour shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, twist, turn, bend, and reach as required.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Dependable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely as part of a team.

• Receive, scan, verify, and store incoming products.
• Handle and organize seasonal merchandise, including Christmas decorations and related holiday products.
• Store overstock and ensure products are placed in designated warehouse locations.
• Lift, move, and handle products weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Load and unload trailers and move merchandise throughout the warehouse.
• Process damaged product claims and complete required paperwork.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and report discrepancies as required.
• Dispose of garbage and cardboard and maintain a clean work area.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely as required.
• Follow all Health and Safety policies, procedures, and workplace regulations.
