What You Will Do:

1. Maintain and improve warehouse cleanliness and organization
2. Stock putaway, replenishment, order filling, auditing material and loads
3. Operate forklifts and other equipment safely
4. Follow best practices like One Item, One Bin, and Just Face It!
5. Assist with loading/offloading freight or delivery trucks
6. Perform other warehouse duties as assigned

What You Will Bring:

• Commitment to 100% accuracy and doing tasks right the first time (DIRTFT)
• Proactive and self-motivated mindset
• Willingness to learn from mistakes to increase productivity and accuracy
• Punctual, regular, and reliable on-site attendance
• Ability to learn use of handheld (RF) scanners and operating systems
• Good oral & written communication skills
• Team-oriented attitude
• Safety awareness and orientation
• Desire to learn and grow in responsibilities
• Strong customer service communication skills
• Able to learn to operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

• Repetitive lifting and pulling of objects over 50 lbs
• Work in a warehouse environment
• Ability to operate a forklift
• Punctual, regular, and reliable attendance required

Salary & Compensation:

• This is a non-exempt position eligible for overtime
• Pay ranges from $15.67/hour to $19.57/hour, depending on experience
