Position Summary
We are seeking Driver and Warehouse Associate to join our growing team! As a Driver and Warehouse Associate , you will be instrumental in supporting key warehouse operations, including operating equipment, driving company's truck and transfer goods between Warehouses.

Duties and Responsibilities
Primary
- Safely operate the company’s truck to transport goods between the warehouse, customers, and other designated locations, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
- Assist with loading and unload cargo using proper handling techniques to prevent damage, and ensure all items are securely fastened during transport.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move, store, and organize inventory as needed.
- Accurately record inventory data and update stock movements in the ERP system in a timely manner to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Support inventory control processes, including participating in regular stock counts, cycle counts, and reconciliation activities.
- Conduct routine vehicle checks and ensure the company truck undergoes regular maintenance and inspections to remain in safe, reliable operating condition. Report any mechanical issues promptly.
- Refuel and clean the truck as needed, maintaining the vehicle in a ready-to-use state for daily operations.
- Follow all applicable standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain safety, quality and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Participate in and provide suggestions for the development and continuous improvement of all departmental processes.

- Participate in and further the Company’s health & safety program.
- Report equipment malfunctions immediately.
- Report quality deficiencies immediately.
- Other related duties.
Qualifications
Knowledge
- Fluent in verbal and written English.
- 2 years of experience in field/position.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Assets
- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Forklift license.
Skills
- Willingness to learn.
- Proficient in the basics of mathematics (adding and subtracting).
- Basic proficiency in using computers.
- Basic proficiency in using the Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Abilities
- Lift a minimum of 25 kg.
- Work independently on assigned duties.
- Balance a variety of competing priorities while meeting deadlines.
Health
- Must be in good health with no communicable diseases or dust allergies.
- Must wear approved non-slip safety shoes.
- Follow health & safety regulations.
