Quantum Lifecycle Partners LP in Richmond Hill, Ontario, is hiring a Warehouse Associate for our recycling and IT asset disposition operations. The role focuses on moving, sorting, breaking down and lifting materials while adhering to safety and security standards.

You will operate the baler and shrink wrapper, assist in other warehouse areas, and contribute to high-volume, safe processing in a fast-paced environment. Prior warehouse experience is preferred; training is provided.

• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is an asset.
• Positive attitude and desire to learn.
• Commitment to personal safety and safety of coworkers.
• Experience using various hand tools/ air tools/power tools.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift, push, pull up to 40 lbs. or 18 kgs.

Responsibilities

• Identifies and sorts different electronic materials in assigned boxes while adhering to classification of commodities into different grades to maximize production output
• Follow policies, procedures, and work instructions for all daily activities.
• Sort materials into defined categories and report weights processed
• Inspects parts ensuring quality and compliance
• Always maintain housekeeping and site cleanliness with a focus on Health & Safety
• Promptly report any issues to the Production Supervisor or designate
• Other duties may be required as requested by supervisor or team lead

Title: Warehouse Associate
Location:27 Staples Ave, Richmond Hill, L4B 0B5
Shift time:7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
Position Status: Permanent Full-Time

We are looking for a Warehouse Associate to join our team. In a specified area of the plant, the Warehouse associate will be required to move, sort, break apart and lift materials in an efficient manner while respecting standards of security and safety. The production associate will be responsible for operating the baler that compresses and bounds materials, operate the shrink wrapper, and assist in other areas of the warehouse as required.

Key Responsibilities:
