Job summary

Wesco is hiring Warehouse Associates to support our distribution and supply chain operations in a hands-on role. Training is provided, with a focus on receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and general warehouse maintenance.

Shifts run Monday through Friday, daytime hours. We emphasize growth, comprehensive benefits, and a teamwork-focused environment within a Fortune 250 logistics leader.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to operate warehouse equipment.
• Entry-level friendly; prior warehouse experience helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, pick, pack, and ship goods.
• Complete log sheets and process inbound shipments.
• Verify supplier returns and enter receipts.
• Relocate and consolidate materials as needed.
• Prepare and assemble packing lists and labels.

A Day in The Life of a Warehouse Associate

As a Warehouse Associate you will be responsible for performing warehouse tasks including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, wire cutting, light assembly, as well as general maintenance of assigned areas.

• Complete log sheets and handle inbound shipments

• Verify supplier returns and enter order receipts

• Relocate and consolidate material

• Prepare and assemble packing lists

• Pack, label, wrap, and load outbound trucks

Education & Experience

• High school degree or equivalent preferred

• No experience required/ entry level

• 1 year of warehouse operations experience preferred
