Job Description

Trek Bicycle is looking to hire Full-Time warehouse pros! Trek is a lifestyle bicycle brand that takes a different approach to distribution and its team. With no night shift operations and no weekend shifts, we understand the value of your time and the balance one needs in life. We want someone who can embrace fun while understanding the importance of delivering the highest level of performance on a consistent basis.

We are seeking hardworking, dependable, and enthusiastic individuals for our Ontario, CA location. The starting pay is $22.50 per hour. We value having a great attitude and hard work, and we believe that should be recognized. There are opportunities for overtime, and we are a company that works hard while paying well. We also prioritize a fun work environment through events, development opportunities, and our family culture, setting us apart from other warehouses and distribution centers.

Starting Schedule

Monday-Thursday 8:30am-7:00pm

Every other Friday, scheduled from 10:30am-7:00pm (this will be an overtime day)

Position Responsibilities

1. Work safely at all times.
2. Willingness to cross-train in multiple departments.
3. Maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet areas, and workstations neat; complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
4. Prepare orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area.
5. Maintain inventory controls by collecting stock orders and printing requests.
6. Restock materials as needed.
7. Maintain quality service by following organization standards.
8. Unload trucks and receive merchandise.

Position Requirements

1. RF Unit Picking
2. Inventory Control
3. Documentation Skills
4. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 80 lbs
5. Previous warehousing, shipping, receiving experience is a plus
6. Forklift experience is a plus
7. This position will start with a probationary period, the length of which depends on your performance and work ethic.
