Position Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Collingwood, Ontario

Shifts: Afternoon Shift (Monday to Thursday, 4:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m.)

MacLean Engineering is looking for a skilled and experienced Warehouse Associate to join our growing team in Collingwood, Ontario. This is a great opportunity to be part of a dynamic team. About the Position:

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for off-loading, put-away, picking, and staging of materials and parts while providing professional quality customer service to all internal and external customers. Key responsibilities include:

1. Movement of all materials within the warehouse and maintaining overall appearance.
2. Safe loading and off-loading of raw materials and finished goods from delivery vehicles using forklift/crane.
3. Reading and interpreting pick lists accurately.
4. Picking orders/parts and packing them according to pick lists.
5. Issuing purchased and manufactured parts to sales orders for shipping.
6. Locating and verifying materials and supplies on production orders.
7. Reviewing and ensuring accuracy of all orders.
8. Proper identification of parts by part number and work order number.
9. Handling documentation properly throughout workflow.
10. Ensuring production is stocked with materials and paperwork.
11. Properly storing and securing parts in the correct locations.
12. Verifying materials against paperwork.
13. Assisting with inventory accuracy through cycle counts.
14. Conducting weekly inspections as assigned.
15. Maintaining an organized work area according to policies, procedures, safety regulations, and cleanliness standards (5-S housekeeping).

About You:

The successful candidate must be willing to learn, open-minded, flexible, organized, detail-oriented, team-oriented, disciplined, and have a positive attitude. Qualifications include:

1. High School Diploma or Certificate of Completion.
2. Diploma or Degree in a related discipline is an asset.
3. Ability to work independently and in a team.
4. Effective verbal and written communication skills.
5. Ability to plan and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
6. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
