Spectraforce Canada is seeking a warehouse associate in Mississauga for a 5-day shift, 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM, 100% onsite. The role focuses on stock put-away and picking in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Responsibilities include rotating through Shipping, Receiving, Surgical Loaner, and kit building as needed to meet daily service levels, maintaining accuracy and productivity, and upholding a safe, clean workplace. RF scanning is used to ensure efficiency.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent is required with 2-4 years distribution warehouse experience.
• Experience in an automated distribution environment.
• Familiarity with RF scanning equipment.
• Experience in receiving/stocking/picking/shipping functions.
• Experience operating a narrow aisle reach truck.

Pay Rate: $18.40 / Hourly

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• The primary responsibility of the position is to perform the stock put-away and picking functions.
• Rotate, as requested, amongst the various functions (Shipping, Receiving, Surgical Loaner, and kit building required to ensure that service levels are met daily.
• Maintain target levels of accuracy and productivity per function
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with team members
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment

• Experience in operation of a narrow aisle reach truck
