Role Overview

The scope of this role includes responsibility for cold chain shipping and receiving, regulatory compliance, and liaising with customers and suppliers. The ideal candidate will work well independently, be capable of multitasking, and willing to take on growing responsibilities as the role expands.

How you will make an impact

1. Perform general labor duties including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
2. Adhere to GMP, Health Canada, and QA guidelines and regulations.
3. Pick and pack products efficiently.
4. Work with an ERP system (Navision).
5. Enter data and prepare shipping documentation.
6. Verify all inbound and outbound shipments.
7. Communicate effectively with suppliers and customers.

• Ability to perform physical tasks and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Experience in a similar role or working environment.
• Well-organized with the ability to multi-task, manage time, and prioritize.
• Strong communication skills with a customer service focus.
• Ability to work independently.
