Job summary

Radiometer, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to ensure accurate parts delivery and safe handling in a Middleburg Heights, OH warehouse. On-site role, Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:00pm with possible remote Friday hours.

Responsibilities include picking, packing, loading trucks, and cross-functional teamwork to meet daily shipping targets. Requires 2–3 years in warehousing and ability to lift up to 100 lbs.

Qualifications

• At least 2–3 years in a warehouse/distribution environment with knowledge of hazardous materials shipping procedures and related computer systems.
• Able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 100 lbs., and use tools/equipment for products weighing up to 100 lbs.
• Forklift experience is preferred and beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack and prepare shipments with same-day turnaround and 99% accuracy.
• Load and unload delivery trucks daily.
• Collaborate with teammates and other departments to meet business needs.

The Warehouse Associate for Radiometer is responsible for ensuring that our customers receive accurate parts in a timely and safe manner while maintaining the warehouse floor. This position reports to the Warehouse Manager and is part of the Supply Chain & Logistics department located in Middleburg Heights, OH and will be on-site. Shift hours Mon - Fri 8:30am -5:00pm. Friday hours may be spent working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Picking, packing and preparing shipments of customer orders accurately within the same day with a 99% accuracy rate.
• Load and unload delivery trucks daily.
• Utilize collaboration by sharing information and skills, assisting other team members, and adaptable to support other departments with meeting the needs of the business.

Essential Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• at least 2-3 years’ experience in a warehouse/ distribution environment with knowledge of hazardous materials shipping procedures and use of related computer systems/applications.
• Able to stand for more than half a given shift or workday, lift or maneuver up to 40 lbs. and use tools and equipment for products that weigh up to 100 lbs., and can walk, stoop, kneel and climb.

Preferred Experience

• Working with a forklift and typical warehouse and shipping methods and tools
• Working in a team setting with a detail and safety-oriented mindset

The hourly range for this role is $20.00 to $21.00

This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay. We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
