Job summary

Applied Medical in Mississauga is seeking a Part-Time Warehouse Clerk for the Afternoon Shift to support picking, packing, and shipping customer orders. You will use RF scanners and our warehouse management system to keep shipments accurate and on schedule.

The role requires a high school diploma, proficiency with MS Excel/Word/Outlook, and a forklift certification. Experience with SAP and a cooperative team mindset are a plus.

Position Description

The Warehouse Clerk (Part-Time, Afternoon Shift) supports Applied Medical's warehouse operations by executing the picking, packaging, and shipping activities that keep customer orders moving accurately and on schedule. This role plays a hands on part in daily warehouse fulfillment, working within the warehouse management system and alongside a team to meet order deadlines with consistency and care.

Key Responsibilities

• Executes general warehouse processes, including picking, packaging, and shipping customer orders.
• Pulls orders using a radio frequency (RF) scanner.
• Palletizes completed orders for carrier specific pickups.
• Uses warehouse management system software to maximize performance and order accuracy.
• Operates powered industrial equipment, including forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks.
• Lifts up to twenty pounds on a regular basis and occasionally lifts up to forty pounds.
• Works efficiently within a team environment to meet order deadlines.

Position Requirements

This Position Requires the Following Skills and Attributes

• Holds a high school diploma or equivalent credential.
• Demonstrates basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook.
• Operates powered industrial equipment safely, including forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks.
• Holds forklift certification and training for stand up, sit down, reach, and stock picker trucks.
• Brings experience using SAP software.
• Works efficiently and collaboratively within a team environment.
