The Salvation Army in Canada is seeking a Warehouse Worker to perform standard duties including receiving, sorting, putting away, picking and shipping of donations to support programs for those in need.
Role requires frequent use of forklifts and power carts, manual lifting, and working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety and accuracy in handling donated goods.

The role will be responsible for standard warehouse duties of receiving, sorting, putting away, picking and shipping of various donations, primarily goods and food products for a great cause. Regular power equipment (forklift, power cart) use is required as well as a significant amount of manual work and use of computer systems to help supply donated goods to member agencies who help the needy in our communities.

Completion of some high school course work. Valid driver's license Alternative combinations of education and experience may be considered.
At least 6 months of related experience in a store or warehouse environment. Knowledge of lifting guidelines.
To have the ability to sustain a daily routine of heavy lifting, reaching and bending.
Starting wage of $18.00 per hour
The target hiring range for this position is $15.70 to $19.17 with a maximum of $22.64.
Placement in the salary range will be based on factors such as market conditions, internal equity, and candidate experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role.
