Job summary

GoBolt in Markham, Ontario is hiring a Warehouse Associate to pick, pack and prepare orders using RF scanners, maintain inventory and meet KPI targets. The role requires 1+ year in a fulfillment/3PL environment, English fluency, and the ability to lift 50+ lbs. Strong teamwork and safety compliance are essential.

Shift options include 6:30am-3pm or 2:30pm-11pm, with competitive hourly pay and a benefits-ready environment. This is a full-time position based in Canada.

Qualifications

  • Has 1+ year experience in a fulfillment/3PL environment.
  • Is fluent in speaking, reading and writing English.
  • Is tech savvy and has navigated inventory management systems previously.
  • Is able to lift 50+ lbs on a continuous basis.
  • Has an exceptional ability to work as part of a team, and individually.
  • Is able to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts.
  • Is able to adhere to strict safety, quality, security, fulfillment production standards, and general company policies.
  • Thrives in a fast paced, exciting environment.
  • Is authorized to work full time in Canada.

Responsibilities

  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately using RF scanners or pick lists.
  • Follow FIFO inventory practices.
  • Meet daily pick rate and accuracy targets.
  • Verify order contents before sealing and labeling packages.
  • Unload inbound shipments and verify contents.
  • Inspect incoming goods for damage or discrepancies and report issues.
  • Scan, label, and organize products into designated storage locations.
  • Maintain accurate inventory counts through cycle counts and audits.
  • Sort and stage outbound shipments by carrier and destination.
  • Load packages onto outbound trucks or conveyors safely.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment (5S standards).
  • Follow all health, safety, and PPE requirements.
  • Collaborate with team leads and supervisors to meet shift goals.
  • Communicate shortages, overages, or damaged goods to management.
  • Assist with training new associates as needed.
  • Meet productivity and quality KPIs (units per hour, error rate, etc.).
  • Complete all tasks in compliance with company SOPs and policies.

Shift 1) Monday to Friday 6:30am-3pm

or

Shift 2) Monday to Friday 2:30pm-11pm

Key Responsibilities:
