Job summary

Master is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Canada to receive goods, pick and pack orders, and support loading/unloading using a forklift. The role requires physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, strong organization, and a a safety-first mindset.

Prior forklift experience and good teamwork are essential for success. Competitive base salary in the $50k–$55k range with overtime and annual bonus, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience operating a forklift (counterbalance).
• Ability to lift or move heavy product up to 50 lbs.
• Dangerous Goods certification is an asset.
• Team player with organizational skills and reliability.
• Ability to work under pressure and take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Physically receive goods, confirm quantities, and enter into the system.
• Pick and pack orders for counter sales and warehouse transfers.
• Provide superior customer service at the counter or loading dock.
• Assist in loading/unloading of parts using a forklift.
• Stock shelves and organize overstock locations.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and follow safety rules.
• Open containers, prepare orders, manage inventory as needed.

A successful warehouse associate is hard-working, organized and detail oriented. As a warehouse associate, you should be able to keep good records and keep track of incoming and outgoing stock to ensure inventory levels remain steady.

What You Will Accomplish With Us

• Physically receive goods, confirm quantities, and receive into the computer system
• Pick and pack orders for counter sales, ship warehouse transfers and/or courier deliveries
• Provide superior customer service
• Assist in customer loading and unloading of parts by hand or using a forklift
• Stock shelves and organize overstock locations
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, work areas clean
• Abide by all company safety regulations
• Various other related duties as assigned by supervisor such as opening containers & crates, preparing orders, inventory, etc.

Compensation Information

Base Salary Range: $50,000 - $55,000 annually

Supplemental Pay Types Include: overtime pay; annual bonus

The final salary will be determined based on the candidate’s skills and experience, in compliance with applicable regulations.
