Responsibilities

• Receive and verify incoming shipments
• Enter order receipts into the inventory management system
• Conduct quality assurance inspections as needed
• Store received materials in appropriate warehouse locations
• Pick, pack, label, and prepare materials for shipment
• Prepare bills of lading and express shipping documents
• Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks
• Maintain and organize stock; manage backorders
• Perform general warehouse housekeeping duties
• Assemble and disassemble racks, shelves, and workstations as needed
• Assist in maintaining warehouse equipment and delivery vehicles
• Support over-the-counter sales and counter stock replenishment
• Handle customer complaints and escalate as needed

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in a warehouse environment is a strong asset
• Forklift experience is preferred but not mandatory
• Ability to lift and move products safely and efficiently
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Basic computer literacy for order entry and inventory tracking
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
