The Warehouse Associate reports to Warehouse Manager, and is located in Brisbane, CA.


POSITION SUMMARY:


The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for warehouse assistance with receiving, stocking, picking, and shipping orders.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Examine shipment contents and compare with records such as manifests, invoices, or orders to verify accuracy

  • Confer and correspond with establishment representative to rectify problems such as damages, shortages or nonconformance to specifications

  • Put away received inventory in correct location

  • Perform picking of orders in building and assist with shipping of orders

  • Sort and load delivery truck

  • Accurate on time delivery of customer orders

  • Ensure all paperwork is accurate and complete verifying deliveries and turned back in on time

  • Other duties as assigned


COMPETENCIES:



  • Exceptional customer service-oriented attitude

  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds on a consistent basis

  • Ability to use pallet jack, 2-wheel dolly, and order picker lift

  • Strong communication skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills which foster positive relationships with customers and TriMark personnel

  • Possess sound decision-making skills

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work in all weather conditions

  • Ability to work in a safe manner

  • Equipment operating experience preferred


QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:



  • High school diploma or GED

  • 6 months warehouse environment experience

  • Ability to successfully pass a background check


The range provided represents the national average pay range for this position and is considered to be a general guideline. Pay for this position will reflect the candidate's unique qualifications and may be higher or lower than the range provided based on employee geographic location. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other local, state, and federal law.


In addition to base salary, this role will be eligible for participation in TriMark's' benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, 401K (with employer match), etc. Leadership positions may also qualify for participation in bonus programs commensurate with role and scope of responsibility.
