Job summary

Integrated Power Services (IPS) is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Ontario to support receiving, storing, moving, and dispatching renewable energy equipment such as inverters and power electronics. You will help ensure safe and efficient flow of materials between the warehouse, workshop, and customers.

The role requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to lift 30–60 lbs. Prior warehouse or logistics experience and forklift exposure are preferred.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn warehouse processes and systems.
• Basic reading comprehension in English.
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks (30–60 lbs) with lifting aids.
• Safety-conscious and reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, or stock handling preferred.
• Experience with technical, electrical, or industrial equipment preferred.
• Forklift license or experience (training available) preferred.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems preferred.
• Interest in renewable energy or sustainability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and check incoming renewable energy equipment and parts.
• Book equipment into warehouse systems and apply correct labelling.
• Pick, pack, and prepare equipment for dispatch or internal transfer.
• Move equipment between warehouse, workshop, and storage areas using safe techniques.
• Assist with stock control, cycle counts, and basic inventory checks.
• Support workshop teams by staging equipment for repair and refurbishment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Follow company procedures, quality standards, and health & safety requirements.
