Job summary

Crossroads C&I in Edmonton is seeking a CNC Programmer to join our engineering-driven team. You will create and modify parts using CAD/CAM software, collaborating with Engineering, Production and Inside Sales to support fabrication processes.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of programming software experience, proficiency with CAD/CAM tools, and a College diploma or certificate. Strong problem-solving, 2D/3D modelling, Excel skills, and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience with programming software.
• Knowledge of CAD customization and automation techniques.
• College Diploma or Certificate or equivalent preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and ability to optimize workflows.
• 2D and 3D modelling CAD design proficiency.
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Good working knowledge of SolidWorks is an asset.
• CNC programming experience in manufacturing.
• Proficiency with CAD/CAM software (Rhino, SigmaNEST preferred).
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to learn and manufacturing/plant experience.

Compensation Range

$17.50 - $30.32
