Job summary

Nedco in Coquitlam, BC is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our fast-paced team. You will select orders for electrical parts, pack for shipment, and help maintain accurate inventory and paperwork.

The role requires Grade 12, at least three years warehousing, experience with AS400 and a forklift is a plus; strong math and data entry skills are essential. A reliable team player who adheres to safety standards will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 education (or equivalent).
• Minimum three years of warehouse experience.
• Good mathematical and data entry skills.
• Proficiency in a computerized environment (AS400 and Windows).
• Electrical distribution/product knowledge is a must.
• Forklift license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Select orders for electrical parts, check for accuracy and pack for shipment.
• Process and prepare paperwork for shipping including bills of lading, shipping invoices and freight costs.
• Receive and verify the accuracy of incoming shipments; correctly enter incoming inventory into the AS400 computer system.
• Process returns following established procedures and re-enter into a computerized inventory system.
• Maintain warehouse stock levels.
• Participate in regular cycle counts and annual inventory.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Adhere to established Health & Safety procedures and practices.
• Answer telephones and help at the Counter whenever required.
• Other duties as assigned.

What You Will Do With Us

As a Warehouse Associate based in Coquitlam, BC you will be responsible for completing the order process while working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is negotiable. Final compensation within this range will be determined by factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity. This range does not include variable pay or other components of Rexel’s total rewards package.
