Job summary

Alliance Door Products, LLC in Canada is seeking a Warehouse Receiver/Picker to join our team. You will pick orders for doors, hardware, and related materials, prepare them for shipping, unload inbound shipments, and assist with inventory counts. Shift is Monday to Friday, 6:30am–3:00pm.

Compensation is $18–$23 per hour, depending on experience. Candidates with reach truck or sit-down forklift experience are preferred; physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs is required.

Qualifications

• Experience operating reach trucks and sit-down forklifts preferred.
• 1–2 years’ experience preferred.
• Physical ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs.
• Door industry experience would be an asset.

Responsibilities

• Pick orders (doors, hardware, and related materials) and prepare for shipping.
• Unload inbound shipments and load customer trucks.
• Perform inventory counts and assist with stock control.

Duties : Responsible for picking orders (doors, hardware, and other door-related materials) and prepare them to be shipped, unloading inbound shipments, loading customer trucks, and performing inventory counts.

Shift : Monday to Friday, 6:30am to 3:00pm

Key Requirements:

• Experiencing operating a reach truck and sit-down forklift experience preferred
• 1 to 2 years’ experience preferred
• Physical ability to frequently and safely lift up to 50 lbs.
• Door industry experience would be an asset
• Attention to detail and quality, and familiarity with basic hand and power tools
• A basic mathematical aptitude and understanding of imperial measurements

Don't have extensive forklift experience? Candidates who demonstrate a strong work ethic, positive attitude, willingness to learn, and reliability may also be considered.
