As a Warehouse Associate, your primary focus is to stage shipments by processing orders in a timely manner. You are also responsible for addressing customers professionally and reporting issues to Management.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (Fundamental Job Responsibilities)
Accurately pick orders, prepare them for transport, and replenish products as needed.
Complete all necessary paperwork accurately, including orders and waybills.
Provide exceptional customer service to all stakeholders.
Follow top Occupational Health and Safety practices, including daily truck inspections and safe driving protocols.
Support inventory counts and stock checks.
Handle incoming and outgoing shipments with accuracy.
Label and stage newly received products properly.
Maintain warehouse cleanliness and uphold general housekeeping standards.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a warehouse environment.
Forklift certification is required.
Sit-down counterbalance forklift experience is considered an asset.
Strong self-motivation and a mindset geared towards continuous improvement.
Dependability and punctuality are essential.
Working Conditions:
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Regular physical activity required, including walking, standing, sitting, climbing ladders, and the ability to kneel, bend, squat, push, pull, and reach above and below the waist.
