Job summary

Wilsonart is hiring for a warehouse associate to replenish finished goods, pick and pack orders, and ensure accurate inventory. You will receive materials, verify against manifests, and prepare shipments in a fast-paced facility.

The role requires basic high school education, 1+ year warehouse experience, and ability to operate a lift truck and table saw. Expect physical work, odd hours potentially, and a commitment to safety and accuracy.

Fills customer orders, inspects material and packs material for shipment as needed in the assigned department/location. Performs other tasks as required. Examples: engineering, waste mgt, laundry workers and yards/grounds staff.The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Wilsonart, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
