Job summary

ManpowerGroup is recruiting a Warehouse Associate (Material Handler) in Stayner, ON to support inventory movement and order fulfillment. The role focuses on accurate cycle counts, material handling, ERP-driven documentation, and ensuring real-time stock levels.

The position offers a path to permanent hire after a six-month probation with an hourly raise to 20.25 CAD and comprehensive benefits. You will work a 7:30am–4:00pm shift, Mon–Fri, in a safety-focused warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• 2-3 years of experience in a warehouse, distribution, or production environment preferred.
• Solid understanding of inventory control processes, order picking, and shipping/receiving functions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems (e.g., SAP preferred).
• Valid driver’s license: must be able to obtain and maintain forklift certification if required.
• Able to pass a Criminal Record Check and comply with internal safety and conduct policies.

Responsibilities

Our client, a leading manufacturer in Stayner, ON , is seeking a Warehouse Associateto join their team. As a Warehouse / Material Handler, you will be part of the operations team supporting efficient material movement and inventory management. This role will lead to permanent with benefits upon successful completion of 6 month probation.

Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour / $20.25/hr after 6 months and permanent hire
