Job summary

ManpowerGroup in Mississauga, ON seeks an Equipment Operator / Warehouse Associate to support daily distribution activities. The role focuses on safe forklift operation, accurate inventory movement, and timely loading/unloading of shipments.

You will work Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with a day shift and a safety-driven team environment. Ideal candidates have 2+ years warehouse experience, working knowledge of WMS, and proficiency in Excel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience in a warehousing environment.
• Basic computer skills and working knowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management Systems).
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Understanding of 5S principles and warehouse standards.
• Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, problem solving, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently to support warehouse workflows.
• Receive, move, store, and transport materials throughout the warehouse while maintaining accuracy.
• Load and unload shipments accurately to support on-time distribution.
• Support receiving, inventory control, and material handling activities, including maintaining organized work areas.
• Follow warehouse procedures and safety guidelines, including completing documentation and maintaining inventory records.

Pay Range: $24.00/hour

Shift: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
