Job summary

Wilsonart is seeking a warehouse associate in Canada to replenish finished goods inventory from manufacturing facilities and to fill customer orders. You will inspect material, pack for shipment, read orders, and perform related inventory tasks in the assigned department.

The role requires at least 1 year in warehousing, ability to drive a lift truck, and comfort with manual material handling in a noisy environment. Training and promotion paths are available.

• High School Graduate or GED.

Responsibilities

• Receives all material from the manufacturing facilities and vendors.
• Checks and places materials in the correct bin.
• Checks material against the manifest and reports discrepancies.
• Informs supervisor of defective materials.
• Cuts down over-sized laminate to fill pending orders.
• Reads, interprets, processes and packs orders.
• Assists the needs of the customer.

Examples: engineering, waste mgt, laundry workers and yards/grounds staffThe wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Wilsonart, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
