Job summary

Ye's Wok Restaurant in Paradise, NL seeks a self-motivated waiter/waitress with strong interpersonal skills. The candidate will be required to start as soon as possible, with term/contract or full-time status. Shifts include day, evening, night and weekends, and applicants should be fluent in English.

Experience of 1–2 years is preferred; Chinese is an asset. Position offers 35–40 hours per week at $15.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer complaints or concerns.

• Balance cash and keep sales records.
• Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs.
• Greet customers, present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions about food and beverages.
• Serve food and beverages to guests.
• Take orders and relay them to kitchen and bar staff.
• Provide excellent customer service.
