Tasks

• Must be of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages
• Address customers' complaints or concerns
• Prepare and serve specialty food at customers' tables

• Describe menu items including daily specials for customers
• Enforce provincial / territorial liquor legislation and regulations
