JPMorganChase is seeking a Vice President, SMB Sales (Field) for Western Canada to lead a high-performing field team and drive revenue growth in the Canadian SMB segment.

The role emphasizes pipeline discipline, cross-functional collaboration with Product and implementation teams, and delivering client-focused payment solutions. Expect travel and a focus on executive relationships across Western Canada.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years leading B2B sales teams.
• Strong knowledge of payments solutions relevant to SMB.
• Proven ability to motivate and coach SMB sales professionals to achieve targets.
• Demonstrated strength in pipeline management, deal inspection, and forecasting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for executive stakeholders.
• Travel 25%–50% across Western Canada.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Field Sales Representatives across Western Canada to deliver growth.
• Define and execute the SMB field strategy for the region, translating priorities into territory plans, coverage models, and weekly execution targets.
• Drive full-cycle sales including prospecting, RFPs, proposals, contract negotiation, and coordination with Product and implementation partners.
• Establish a strong operating cadence through pipeline reviews, deal inspection, and forecasting to improve execution discipline.
• Ensure pipeline health through coaching on prospecting activity, conversion drivers, and next-best actions on priority deals.
• Communicate effectively with SMB owners and senior decision-makers, both verbally and in writing.
• Collaborate with Product to maintain competitive positioning.
